Maxicare Payment Options

Payment of your Maxicare Statement of Account SOAs can be done through the following options:

1. Over the Counter Payments through Cash or Cheque

1. Any BDO Branch using the Bills Payment Form
2. Any Equicom Savings Branch using the Bills Payment Form
3. CIS Bayad Centers
4. Maxicare Head Office

II. Over the Counter Payments using Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB and/or American Express Credit Cards are accepted.)

a) Maxicare Head Office

III. Online Payments using your credit card can now be done online at the Maxicare website. Go to www.maxicare.com.ph and click on Online Payment. VISA, MasterCard, JCB and/or American Express Credit Cards are accepted.

IV. Payment through Internet Banking is now also possible through our other Maxicare accredited banks which are BDO, PNB, RCBC, Metrobank, BPI & Unionbank. Go to www.maxicare.com.ph and click on Online Payment. Click the bank logo and you will be directed to the bank’s payment portal.

V. Credit Card Auto Debit Option (VISA, MasterCard, JCB and/or American Express Credit Cards are accepted.)
